Why was my upload rejected?
- File too large/small: the tool finds the best quality inside your KB range.
- Wrong dimensions: the image is fitted to the exact pixels. Use "Fit whole image" so signatures are never cut off.
- Capital-letter signature or declaration: most bank forms reject it; rewrite in normal handwriting.
- Blurry signature: sign in dark ink on plain white paper in good light, then use clean-up.
- Live photo mismatch: some portals compare your uploaded photo with a live capture. Use a recent, front-facing photo.
